Regulations of the online store www.sandras.fit

  1. GENERAL INFORMATION
    1. The owner of the online shop is Sandra & CO Sp z o.o., ul. Szkółkarska 25 Suchy Las 62-002. NIP 972-132-18-97, REGON 520384802, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
    2. The person placing the order is hereinafter referred to as the Client.
    3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions are effective from the time they are posted on the website of the Store. Changes to the Terms and Conditions cannot violate the acquired rights of Customers who use the Online Store www.sandras.fit. The changes do not apply to those Customers who have concluded a sales agreement.

    5. Enquiries can be sent to the e-mail address [email protected] or to the phone number +48 502 253 536. Complaints should be sent to the address [email protected]. Telephone contact with the shop staff is possible from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 16.00.
    6. These rules define the principles of using the online shop available at www.sandras.fit.
  2. REGISTRATION AND LOGGING
    1. Customers have the opportunity to use extended Services of the www.sandras.fit website after registering, using the tools available on the www.sandras.fit website and logging on to the www.sandras.fit website using the access data established during registration.
    2. Registration on the www.sandras.fit website takes place through prior acceptance of the Rules and Regulations and entering true, current, complete and correct details of the Customer in the registration form, in particular such details as the e-mail address and optional password. Registration or logging makes it possible to store the Customer’s data on the www.sandras.fit website.
    3. It is forbidden for the Customer to use other people’s data during the registration process, including other people’s e-mail addresses. The use of false, outdated, incorrect or incomplete data or data of other persons constitutes grounds for termination of the Agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
    4. After registering via the registration form, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided during the registration process and other information required by law.
    5. Each Customer may have one Account. Creating more than one account requires the consent of the Seller. Accounts with duplicate data are grounds for deletion or blocking until clarification. It is forbidden to use other people’s accounts and to share accounts with third parties.
  3. SHOP OFFER
    1. The offer presented on the website is a commercial offer.
    2. The moment of contract conclusion is the moment of acceptance of the Store’s offer by the Customer, which takes place by placing an order in the manner specified in point III.
    3. Presented prices are expressed in Polish zloty and include VAT. The prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are added as a separate item in the shopping basket. Information about the shipping price is given before concluding the contract of sale.
    4. We enclose a receipt or an invoice to each shipped order.
  4. ORDERS
    1. The customer of the online shop is presumed to have read the regulations before placing an order.
    2. Purchases in the online shop can be made only by persons who have legal capacity under Polish law.
    3. The order is executed under the condition that the order form is filled in correctly and the method of payment and delivery of goods is chosen.
    4. After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation of the order in electronic form.
    5. Shop www.sandras.fit, reserves the right, in case of doubt, to verify the order by phone or e-mail. If it is not possible to contact and verify the order, the Store reserves the right to withhold the execution of the order.
    6. The order is processed no later than on the fifth working day after placing the order.
    7. If, due to the lack of ordered goods, it is not possible to complete the order within the established time limit, the Customer shall be notified of the incompleteness of the order. Furthermore, he/she will be informed about the possibility of its realisation at a later date or its normal realisation but with an incomplete order and the possibility of its cancellation.
    8. If the customer decides (when the shop is not able to complete the whole order) to carry out a part of the order, the remaining amount (in the case of prepayment) will be refunded to the account specified.
    9. If the customer decides to cancel the order (when the shop is not able to complete the whole order) the whole amount will be returned to the customer (in the case of prepayment) to the account specified by him.
    10. Ordered goods are sent to the customer immediately after its completion, and in case of choosing transfer payment after crediting our account (in case of DotPay payment confirmation is received within 20 minutes).
    11. In special cases (due to an IT error or unjustified use of a discount code or obtaining and using it in a manner inconsistent with the rules) the shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and not process the order.
  5. DISPATCH OF GOODS
    1. Shipping is carried out only on working days.
    2. Goods are shipped between 1 and 2 working days (not applicable to PreOrder sales). Available methods of delivery of ordered products: DPD courier, InPost courier, InPost parcel bo  (we have no influence on the delivery times of the courier, courier is not obliged to call the customer before the package is delivered) – deliveries are carried out exclusively by the above mentioned courier company. 
    3. We would like to inform you that due to limited possibility of controlling foreign shipments, we send goods on the territory of the Republic of Poland and to selected EU countries – the list is available on the page when finalizing an order.
  6. DELIVERY COSTS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
    1. Shipping costs are covered by the customer, according to the options presented to him in the order form.
    2. The order can be paid for in the following way. Transfer through the “przelewy24 “service – this service allows you to pay by credit card or fast transfer from selected Polish banks, BLIK payment, deferred payment PayPo, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  7. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
    1. The Customer may submit complaints regarding products sold on the www.sandras.fit website by sending a written complaint to the Seller’s address.
    2. Complaints can also be made by sending a message to the e-mail address: [email protected].
    3. A complaint should include the designation of the person submitting the complaint (name, surname, address of residence, e-mail address) and a description of the event giving rise to the complaint.
    4. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Seller of a properly filed complaint (containing the required elements and not requiring supplementation).
    5. The Customer will be informed about the complaint handling by electronic correspondence to the e-mail address provided in the complaint.
    6. The Customer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason by making a statement in any form within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product or without issuing a written statement simply by sending the product back.
    7. To meet the above deadline it is sufficient to send the declaration/product before its expiry to the address: Sandra & CO Sp z o.o. Sandra & CO Sp. z o.o. ul. Jędrzejowska 47, Łódź 93-636, mail: [email protected]. The condition for withdrawal from the contract is to return the purchased product in its original, undamaged packaging.   8. PRIVACY POLICY.
    1. The controller of personal data within the meaning of the provision of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “General Data Protection Regulation”), with regard to Customers’ data, is Sandra&Co sp. z o.o.
    2. Detailed conditions for handling personal data are regulated in the Privacy Policy, which is available here. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
  9. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
    1. The provision of services by the Seller under an Account on the Website is of unlimited duration, however the Customer has the right to close the Account at any time.
    2. A declaration on termination of the Agreement may be submitted by the Customer via email, sent from the email address associated with a given Customer account to the following address: [email protected].
    3. Subject to other provisions of the Terms and Conditions, the Agreement may be terminated by the Seller. with immediate effect when:
      1. the Registered Customer violates the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, or
      2. the Customer is found to have provided data or statements that are false, outdated, incorrect or incomplete, or data of other persons, or
      3. the Customer’s actions or omissions adversely affect the good name of the Seller or otherwise materially harm the Seller.
    4. In situations other than those indicated above, the Seller shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement at 14 days’ notice.
  10. FINAL PROVISIONS
    1. In case of changes to these Terms and Conditions, the Seller will inform the Customers about it on the website www.sandras.fit and by e-mail correspondence.
    2. The amendments to the Terms and Conditions become effective at the time specified by the Seller, however not less than 7 days from the date of announcement of changes on www.sandras.fit and from the date of sending the relevant notification of changes to the Customers.
    3. In case of non-acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions, the Customer is entitled to terminate the agreement, in accordance with the provisions described in the chapter “Termination of the Agreement”.
    4. In all matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply, and in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, the General Data Protection Regulation and the Act on Provision of Electronic Services.
    5. Any disputes between the parties to the Agreement shall be settled by a competent common court of law. Customers who are consumers have the possibility to use the out-of-court settlement of complaints and claims before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Voivodeship Inspector of Trade Inspection in Poznań. Information on how to access the above-mentioned procedure and dispute resolution procedures can be found at the following address: www.uokik.gov.pl, in the “Settlement of consumer disputes” tab. Customers who are consumers may also use the EU online ODR platform, available at the following address: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, by providing our email address [email protected].
    6. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 21.11.2021.
